Shannon & Justin’ Lakeside Wedding was filled with many personal touches, all leading to an intimate affair with vintage and rustic charm. Shannon’s Jasmine Couture gown truly was a reflection of their special day and she looked elegantly stunning!

THE Dress
“My wedding dress was absolutely amazing, all lace with just the right amount of detail. Every way I moved it would sparkle just enough, which I LOVED. It had ¾ sleeves, I was going for a vintage look and this dress satisfied all my desires in a dress. I came to Jasmine Galleria because I saw this dress online.. it was the 1st dress I tried on and nothing else even compared to it after that!”
The Venue & Theme
“Lake Katherine is a place my husband and I always loved going to for a walk. They have an amazing wedding location right in front of the lake and it made for some amazing photos!
Our theme went along with my wedding dress.. lace & glitter. But also had a taste of fall for our October wedding! We had some pumpkins and leaves as well. Our colors were purple and orange.”
The Proposal
“We went out to dinner with another couple to Coopers Hawk (my favorite wine spot). After dinner we ordered dessert and the waitress brought out a plate with chocolate covered strawberries that said “Will you marry me?” written on the plate. Justin got down on one knee and I was in such shock I didn’t even hear him ask me formally and made him say it again! I was on cloud nine for days!”
Final Thoughts & Advice:
“We could not have asked for a better day! The sky was clear blue and the sun was shining! We made sure to take in every second because the day went by so quick. We were surrounded by 100 of the most important people to us, what more could we ask for?
Overall Experience: I had an amazing experience at Jasmine Galleria. I came with five of the closest people to me and we all couldn’t stop smiling the entire time we were there. Our bridal consultant made us feel very comfortable and was attentive to me and my needs.
Greatest challenge: I had to hire all my own vendors, so I was incredibly nervous about forgetting something! When you have a wedding at a hall a lot of the little stresses are taken care of for you but when you rent a space and bring in all your own vendors it causes a lot more stress while planning.”
