The Jasmine team has been super busy preparing for the new season! We debut new gowns twice a year and I can’t believe it’s already almost time to show the Fall 2014 dresses to stores this spring. Before we get to show off our new gowns at Bridal Markets in Chicago and New York this April, there’s a TON of work that has to be done. After our design team sketches and plans their beautiful pieces, which happened in October and November of last year, our seamstresses make one sample of each style. Those samples are shipped to our headquarters outside of Chicago, and that’s when the fun begins!
After we were done gawking over the new dresses, we got to work on our photo shoots for our website, catalogs, and advertising (more on our photo shoots will come soon in another post). Here’s a quick behind-the-scenes look at our Belsoie photo shoot.
After taking several days to photograph our 8 fall lines, our entire team sat down together for a meeting to review each style to make sure the new line was absolutely perfect. During this meeting, our Product Manager shared some details about the new Belsoie line, which features
The gowns are super-luxurious, all with elegant lace and/or beading. There’s even a gown that has 2,753 hand sewn beads on the bodice! The new line is stunning, we can’t wait to show it to stores in person this April! These gowns will be available in stores to try on and purchase in late summer 2014.
