Congratulations Brittnie & Matt!
From the bride herself:
“My gorgeous wedding dress was lace and sparkled from head to toe, what more could a bride ask for?! It had a beautiful open back, intricate lace sleeves, Swarovski crystals scattered throughout, the lovely white bridal buttons down the back & sleeves, and the most extravagant train! It was everything I dreamed of and more! It was truly my princess dress that I searched forever for!”
“The dress had everything I was looking for all in one dress, it was an easy “YES TO THE DRESS!” for me the minute I tried it on! My absolute favorite thing about my gown was the incredible train, we had it extended to the longest length possible. I’m so happy we did this, it was such a statement! The way my dress sparkled always made me smile too, it was perfect for our sparkly wedding theme. I also absolutely loved working with everyone at Jasmine, they always made me feel like family and would do anything to make sure I was happy!”
“We have known each other since high school, but didn’t start dating until college even though we were at two different schools. We started off on a long distance relationship, but both ended up going back home for school to be together! It was the best decision we have both ever made! I don’t know what I would do without my husband, he is my best friend and soul mate! I’m very blessed to have found him.”
“Matthew and I have been together for almost 7 years now. What’s cute is that he can explain the exact moment he fell in love with me. He caught me dancing on the dance floor all silly with my friends at a sorority dance of mine in college and he says from that moment on he was completely in love with me. I love my husband and our life together!”
“Our proposal is one my absolute most favorite moments of our life! We were in sunny Jamaica on our first real big vacation out of the country together and he had set up a romantic candle-lit private dinner for two in the gazebo at our resort. We had the most amazing 5-course dinner together and after dessert our waitress showed up with a video for me to watch on his iPad. The video was the start to his proposal and it instantly made me cry. After the video, he instantly dropped to one knee and asked me to MARRY HIM! It was perfect and so romantic, I was so surprised and I could hardly breathe since I was crying so hard. It was amazing and I couldn’t wait to tell him, Yes! Of course I’ll marry you!”
“The day was perfect, it was a fairytale come true for us! I truly felt like a princess and I was marrying my prince charming! It’s truly hard to pick my favorite part, every moment was better than the last! To name one of my many favorite moments from our perfect day, I would have to say our “First Look” together. It was so full of love and excitement, I was truly happy we decided to do this and we were able to get some of my favorite photos from this moment. “
“The greatest challenge in this whole experience was balancing work, life, and wedding planning all at once, which got to be intense at times. It was definitely more difficult than we thought it would be, especially since we had a large wedding. We enjoyed doing a lot of DIY wedding projects (especially since my handsome husband is an amazing graphic designer!) like our adorable heart shaped program fans and gorgeous handmade wedding invitations, but it was time consuming since we had a large number of guests. I was always wishing we had more time for everything, especially since I loved wedding planning so much!”
“The best moment of our ceremony was walking down the aisle with my loving father standing right next to me in front of all of our loved ones and getting to see the look on my groom’s face. It is truly a moment I will cherish forever!”
“I absolutely love pink! So we went for a very elegant and classy pale pink sparkly wedding. The more sparkle the better! When my husband, father, and I walked into the ballroom for the first time on our wedding day it truly took our breath away! It was just STUNNING!”
Advice to other brides:
“Enjoy every single moment, even all the planning too! You plan this beautiful & extravagant day for about a year or more and it does end up going by pretty fast. Just make sure to step back and soak in your day. After all, everyone you love in your life is in one room! I have to admit I’m so sad it’s all over now. I would relive it 100 times over if it were possible!”
We wish you two a lifetime of love & happiness!
